So far so good! I downloaded the app not even a week ago but am impressed by how quickly the team respond when you raise a query. They helped me to fix an issue and I can’t wait to see how customers respond the preorder option.

This is a really great app, so easy to keep customers informed when products are due and come back in stock. I tried a few other back in stock apps but this one is the best and packed with many customizable features. Highly recommended do not hesitate to install this. I installed on Dawn v 15.02

The app is exactly what I was looking for. As a small business owner, it helps me prioritize which out of stock items to put into production first and I don't worry about losing sales when an item goes out of stock. My older shopify template had a conflict but the tech support was able to login to my account and fix it for me right away.

I had some issues with activating the app and contacted the support team through the chat. Rosie addressed my issues and now the app is working. All the features that I wanted are now working perfectly. Rosie was patient and very helpful. Thanks.
