Usually have no issues had at all. Today there was an issue with the 'notify me' button, but Mike & team sorted this for me quickly & easily - thanks!!

Very supportive regarding custom import of existing mail list. Suggest improving the template so users can DIY instead of relying on the team. But overall good experience migrating data

Amazing customer service - even for customers not paying for the app. Super helpful and immediate support. App is seamless and gives you everything you need for pre-orders. Couldn't recommend this more.

The app was very easy to set up. We needed some additional display assistance with our pre-order button and they responded quickly and fixed the issue right away.

Preorder Globo is easy to navigate and understand. The interface is clean and integrates well with Shopify. The Support team is great and for that alone I would highly recommend this app.

I use this app also in other of my stores and it's very useful for me. If any issue arises, the team is ready to help with quick solutions. I really recommend it for people who need to make clear to their customers about out of stock - Pre-order items

This application helps me a lot to let customers know when stock is back in stock. I would like to acknowledge Rosie's great work, without her help the correct configuration and operation would not have been possible.

I had a technical issue with the installation of the app. I received a quick response and resolution to the issue. Sarah in customer was friendly, and quickly got the issue resolved. The app is doing exactly what we need.
