I love this app for so many reasons! It's very intuitive and is exactly how I envisioned it working when I was daydreaming about what I needed to make my website more functional...even before I even an app like this existed. There was one formatting change I approached the support team with to see if it was even doable (honestly, i wasn't very hopeful) but within the hour, they fixed it exactly the way I asked! Wow! Talk about great customer service! I'm learning that you can create the most spectacular app on the planet but if your customers can't figure it out and you can't communicate with them about it then what good is it? With Globo you get the best of both worlds. A great app with excellent customer service. I can't recommend them enough, Shelly ~ Crossed Hearts Needlework & Design P.S. This is my 2nd app Globo app. The Globo Product Options, Variant has been a godsend, too.

I own two stores, both have PreOrder Globo installed. Apps work great, seamless integration with Out of the Sandbox themes. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. Lots of customization options. UPDATE November 2023 - still excellent support, very helpful and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Great app for preorder products and excellent customer service. I had an issue displaying the badge at first but they quickly fix it for me and now everything is working as intented.

Highly recommended! The app made all our pre order dreams come true. In the past we used to tag the order manually and kept track over stock limits and found work around with product badges plus an extra mail for the pre order.. Everything we wished for! We had one small error on our page where the badge couldnt be displayed from the beginning but the customers support fixed it within one hour. Simply a yes from us!

wow, never before I got so fast and helpful response. I gave the team guest access and they solved the problem. App itself is a must have for preorder selling.

Fantastic customer service from Sarah, Always a quick response and although there were a few issue they were all resolved meaning we could launch our new SS23 range in time

Very intuitive app that allows to put backorder messages based on availability or other options. All we needed, and the customer service is great! They even added a feature within a few days for us. Highly recommend! Max

Very helpful app, works nicely for managing preorders, the dev/support team are very helpful and respond quickly, the back in stock functionality works nicely too, well worth adding to your store

I'm not quick to write poor reviews. I realize things can happen and have been patient. I was super hopeful when I first installed the app, but after 2 emails to support, with no response, I had to delete the app because it was it causing items on my site to appear as if they were out of stock, when they weren't. I deleted the "test" product in case that was the culprit, but that didn't solve my problem. I have 2 instances of specific SKUs where the app appears to recognize the stock level and act accordingly. But for most of my SKUs I found that it seemingly arbitrarily replaced "add to cart" with "backorder' (technically, I customized the wording of this button) and this includes items that are very clearly in stock. There doesn't appear to be a rule case that would affect basically all products, so nothing I can "fix." It's a problem, and with no reply from support, what am I supposed to do but uninstall?

long over due review, Globo is one of the best service provider i randomly chanced upon here. The pre order app is excellent, and even not 100% perfect, Globo was very fast in responding and rectifying the issue. Everything worked nicely for my website which heavily relies on pre ordering. Thanks Helen & team once again

Very good software, gives us the option to have preorder/backorder settings and still record sales (but change the cart button to make clear its a preorder), and we can also have Email Notify When In Stock button for sold out items not on preorder. Support has also been very responsive and helpful.

A really easy to use app with great front end options and customisation but the best bit is the responsiveness from the customer service team. Sarah helped to fix a few issues I was having with a really quick turn around! Highly recommend.
