The customisation available is very good and enough to cover my needs, even on the free plan. The customer service is fast and friendly. I had a problem with my website where preordered products at checkout do not allow for a phone number as a contact method. The team were quick to work on it and kept me updated, and they even gave me a temporary solution to the problem. Even if it's an ongoing case, I have full faith in the team that they will deliver. Thank you!

I decided to download this app for my shopify store today. like every app it has settings to set, and at first I was a little confused. I opened the chat and spoke to Rosie: I thought I was just asking her a little thing but in reality she followed me step by step through the various stages with great patience and kindness. Now my shopify page is perfect, and without Rosie I couldn't have done it. Highly recommended app, with super customer support!

Theme was changed and we had problems afterwards. Support was excellent. Very quick and fixed it fast for us. Highly recommend - You're in very capable hands and they will help you fast!

I contacted support through chat about a restock notification. They quickly understood the issue I was facing and resolved it. I'm pleased with the support provided, and it's very reassuring that they correctly understood what I wanted to convey and responded promptly.

Very happy so far (only been using a week). I was able to set up with ease and the customer support was very responsive and easy to work with. The first preorder orders are working well and looks good and I'm pleased with the back in stock notification, it's gives us an opportunity to engage with customers who normally would just leave.
