PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock

The team is very helpful when you have an issue, and the app does just about everything you'd need it for. One downside is you have to copy/paste the exact title of the product you wish to set as pre-order, you can't just search by brand name or any other descriptor. I also wish the app would show products as "pre-order" when in the shopping cart to ensure customers know it's not readily available.

Although the app works flawlesly, I need to delete it. Can you tell me how do I completely remove all traces of app from the "edit code", do you have an uninstall guide?

We have been very please with its functionality and decided to purchase the subscription to expand our options for adding more product. The one thing that stops it from getting a full five stars is that there is no option to display the in-stock date below the product (a count down timer is too flashy for our website) and the instructions for setting up pre-orders was confusing at times.

The app can sometimes be a little buggy but any issues are fixed quickly! The customer service is superb so it is why I've kept using the app for several years.

Only thing thats stopped it being 5 stars is that when adding products you can't search for products by SKU.

I have just started using this app. It seems like it will do what I require it to do. There are a few little functionality frustrations but overall it is performing as it should.

I think it's a good app. I recommend it. I was able to make fine settings, so it fits my needs. I've been using it so far, and I didn't have any particular concerns, but I think it covers a lot of it even though it's free.

Working good overall for my needs after initial setup. I can't figure out how to remove a item you no longer one and install disable but other than that great.

app is easy to use however it's a shame that you can't taggued in one time same pre order buttom text or message...click on each items is very long and you are redirectered to the main menu each time you register the text for one item, so you loose your preo order items selection ; ;;;;;;;;;;

Easy to use and set up, looks great on the site, exactly what we needed. Only issue we've had is product filtering/searching but that's a tiny thing compared to the benefits it brings. www.ultimatetcg.co.uk

Great app! although there are some bugs, the support centre responds fast and fixed the issue quickly.

Fast response and the CS always give easy instructions with screenshots to follow every time we face problems.

A great new pre-order app we thought we'd give a try as a result of a technical problem with our previous provider. Pros; - clean, easy to understand interface - plays nicely with Collections, making bulk actions easier - countdown and quantity limits per SKU are great for our vinyl record store where we get limited quantities of stock Cons; - doesn't leverage Shopify tags directly ie: you can't use tags to automatically add a product to a pre-order group - only one message for pre-orders overall - you can't have different messages per category On the whole, we're liking it a lot and look forward to where Globo take it!
