Love this app, they have everything I need for my store and if I need help they are quick to answer and help out with everything.

I have used many e-commerce platforms and plugins, but PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock is truly outstanding. I chose this plugin not because it’s free, but because it offers the best functionality on the market. In fact, it’s a bit surprising that such a high-quality tool is available for free, as its quality and functionality surpass many paid tools. Customer Support: The support team is excellent. They respond quickly to any questions or issues that arise. For example, when I had a question about a specific feature, the support team replied within a few hours and helped resolve the problem. Such speed and professionalism are rare.

Globo is an excellent app that seamlessly integrates both Back in Stock and Pre-order functionalities, offering customers flexibility in their shopping experience. This versatility enhances customer satisfaction significantly. Plus, I was thoroughly impressed by Globo's Live Chat support system. Rosie, the agent I interacted with, was incredibly knowledgeable and quick with her answers to all my queries. Her patience and assistance made my experience truly outstanding.

This app is simple once you understand the terminology and get through the first set up. I love that I can set up groups of products to be on pre-order with a single set of rules. And the support is absolutely phenomenal!!

I've been using Globo plugins for years, starting with their "Product Option" plugin, which was fantastic. The pre-order and out-of-stock plugin is simple, efficient, and gets the job done without any issues. Their support team is always available and very responsible. Highly recommend!
