While searching for a pre-order app, we came across the Globo app. The app is really great and completely fulfils our expectations. We can customise and set everything as desired. It did the job, altough I needed some helpdesk support to get it set up properly. That might have been user error on my part. Support team very helpful though.

I have found working with the team at Globo an absolute pleasure, they are highly reactive and Rosie has been fantastic. I found the app to be highly functional yet very easy to learn and works very well for both pre-order requirements and back in stock too! There is a nice integration with Omnisend which is essential and back in stock subscribers can be sent to lists. One of the things I like the most is the template builder which is very good, you can create Omnisend style templates with enough custom sections to make it look similar to your other flows and this all comes out of the box, so I had 8 notification types set up in 20 minutes. And if you need a little bit of customisation to the styling of say the button or positioning they are there to help quickly and I really feel they cared about me as a customer and their live chat is very reactive. I would give more stars if I could and I want to thank the team at Globo for all their support. I will be looking to work with them long term :-)
Very easy to use and set up with the help from the friendly staff on the live chat, I would recommend this to any store owner needing these features.
So far has been very easy to set up and use. Their support service was very efficient and helpful, solved my problem very quickly. Rosie was on the chat with me and very helpful. Helped me solve my issue with pre-ordering when stock has not yet arrived.
I tested several apps and this seems to be the best one. Lots of customisation options and no monthly subscription fee! Support from Rosie was fast and excellent.
Appears to be a great solution for our out of stock messaging. Very versatile and team have been super helpful during set up.
