I'm using this app and I must say that the support has been amazing from the team. Any issue I have is responded to in a timely manner and they really do beyond in help me .

App does everything we want it to do plus more and the support team is responsive and has done a couple small customizations for us for no extra charge.

I've been using this app shortly, but this app has everything I needed and works perfectly. If there is a problem their great customer service is quick to respond and help you fix all the issues.

Setup was really easy, and the few questions I did have about some settings were answered efficiently and fixed with no issues at all by online customer chat support who were really great! The support at anytime is fast and always resolves any changes I need made! I love how customisable it all is, and the Coming Soon/Countdown with automatic switching to being open for PreOrder is fantastic. Highly recommend based on my experience so far! :)

bad bad bad, as a system programmer I have to say that this app is not a complete app that give you the alternative to configure a partial payment of total amount. excluding tax and shipping. text label are not relationated to the correct orientation of customers to omit posible mistake. and payments methods are limited. Asking for help to support is not to much confortable because giving them the errors of system they correct it but damage other things in the page and don't give you the confidence of have all as spected.

This is an excellent preorder app, suite with good UI/UX, making it easy for website administrators to operate. It has complete preorder functions and the key point is that the customer service response is very fast and professional! It is highly recommended for merchants who have pre-order requirements in your business.

Definitely my favourite pre-order app so far after trying a few and being unsatisfied with the features. I love PreOrder Globo as you can schedule your products to drop at a specific time, and close at a specific time, and it automatically saves to your current timezone (whereas with previous apps I’ve had to do this all manually and in a different time zone). I also love how easy it was to install and set up and needed very minimal help from the support team. However, when I did need help, Rosie was very efficient and quick to respond to my needs. Highly recommend this Pre-Order app for your business, and just know the support team are quick and happy to help you

A good software determines its lower limit, and an excellent team determines its upper limit. This is a software with a very high upper limit. Their team really shocked me, especially Rosie, she is really dedicated. , the words "patient and careful" are no longer enough to describe her. I am very lucky to have chosen PreOrder Globo. This is a great experience.
