What a fantastic app, backed up by super service and support. A massive thank you to Rosie from PreOrder Globo, I recently installed the app and they have been super helpful in the setup process. The features that PreOrder Globo offer far more extensive and customisable than the previous app we were using. Nothing is too much trouble and their response time is pretty quick. I highly recommend!!

Surgieron algunos problemas durante la instalación, pero el servicio técnico me lo solucionó todo paso a paso a través del chat, incluyendo imágenes y guiándome a través de todo el proceso para comprobar que funcionase correctamente. Rosie fue un encanto! Es la mejor app de preorder que he encontrado hasta la fecha! Edit: Es más, en los problemas eventuales que me han ido surgiendo, me han solucionado todos y cada uno de ellos. Su trato es muy cercano y se implican al 100% para resolverte el problema. Gracias a ellos ahora mi página web se ve genial.

Great experience with the support team they were prompt and helpful also checked my theme/site to see what the issues were. App also delivers on what it promises, it allows me to strictly tell customers are getting pre-orders rather than immediate delivery which was a big issue on my end with declaring that with what shopify limits us to.

This is my use after half a month, due to the many customized modifications required for my website. I had requested the customer service of the Globo team to make adjustments for me. They were very efficient in meeting my needs, including responding to variants and customizing text content. I believe I will continue to use this app for a long time in the future. Thank you again to Rosie for her help.

When we had a display problem on the site, the person who responded to our chat was able to quickly resolve the problem. Although the communication was in English, he was courteous and prompt in resolving the issue and was very helpful.

I have had a brick and mortar business, but this is my first e-commerce. Whole new ballgame and frustrating for a 50+ year old! Looking at endless reviews and recommendations on line was mind boggling. But PreOrder Globo kept coming up as strongly recommended, and now I know why. Mike has been so very helpful and instrumental in easing my mind and getting me squared away. And I was able to catch on rather quickly after the helping hand. Awesome! Highly recommend!
