Support was very fast for resolving an issue on pre-order labels not appearing.

The app provides almost whatever I want to have. We need to have pre-order with partial payment, balanace payment in one PO etc. For some other tailor made changes, they fit most of my needs as well. Supporting team is super helpful with precise solution. They really understand your requirements and your needs to make the shop better and better. Thank you Sarah and the team. Keep going!

The support is incredible. If I sent an e-mail, they respond in holidays, out-of-office times, and very quickly. If I need an urgent fix, they help me right away and solve the issue within a couple of hours. I am honestly surprised the support is this good. The app doesn't cost that much and it works perfectly. Thanks Sarah & Team!

Customer Service is the best we've encountered. Always responsive within minutes and straight with the solution. From amending user interface to unlocking features and more complex work such as alternative SMTP setup, they have the answers. App is a great add on on our new Shopify theme for our Back In Stock emails and replaces our older and incompatible Klaviyo snippet.

Awesome to deal with, they were very prompt and sorted all my issues out. I was having trouble getting pre order to sync over to my products and within a day they had it fixed. We had updated our website, so it had something to do with that.

I came to PreOrder Globo after a poor experience with another app, and after about 6 months of using this app including an upgrade that was needed around the holidays, I'd happily give it 5 stars. As a brand with over 40K skus and frequent re-orders, this app is easy to use, add product, and fulfill orders. When I have questions and issues (few), the support team responds quickly and are very helpful. I primarily use it for Pre-ordering. The Notify Me function is also a great feature to gauge interest in re-orders!
