Perfect. Works, does everything well and so easy to use. Any issues have been resolved quickly via chat and support is lovely and friendly. Never got a bad thing to say about this app. I also love that if we know we are not going to use it we can switch to the free price tier then upgrade it when we need it. REALLY helpful our end as we wish Shopify apps allowed pausing of services so we don't have to uninstall and re-install seasonally etc. such a good app, really does work and does it all. We have used it for many years. it never fails on us! Thank you guys!

L'application est très pratique et facile à prendre en main. Je recommande vivement ! De plus, le plan gratuit permet de faire toutes les intégrations avant la publication sans engager de frais. Le centre d'aide est très réactif et donne de très bon conseil. Merci !

This is my first app to use for pre-order. At first I wonder if it works well or not. But right after installing it, I found out this app is so great. It is very simple and specific for pre-order function. Especially we can set up pre-order settings for each variations. Also if you have questions or something you want to do, just ask them via chat. It takes a day or less but they always help me a lot. Rosie works for me very quick and hard. Because of her, we love this app very much!!

Setup was easy, customer service was very responsive and fixed the issues I was having (which were small) very quickly.

Very wonderful customer service, when we have a partial payment issue, their teammate help us corrected the code within one day and solve the problem. we appreciated what've they done.
