Great experience with the support team they were prompt and helpful also checked my theme/site to see what the issues were. App also delivers on what it promises, it allows me to strictly tell customers are getting pre-orders rather than immediate delivery which was a big issue on my end with declaring that with what shopify limits us to.

This is my use after half a month, due to the many customized modifications required for my website. I had requested the customer service of the Globo team to make adjustments for me. They were very efficient in meeting my needs, including responding to variants and customizing text content. I believe I will continue to use this app for a long time in the future.
