The Back in Stock feature was easy to install and customize to fit seamlessly onto our site, including customizing the restock emails to match our brand guidelines. The help desk was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our customization questions.

I have just now started using PreOrder Globo. I had some initial trouble setting it up so that the pre-order would function correctly and that the badges appeared on the collection page. Rosie was able to help out and fix it all in one short session. Great service and all fixed.

Very supportive regarding custom import of existing mail list. Suggest improving the template so users can DIY instead of relying on the team. But overall good experience migrating data
