So far so good. I'm early in using the app but the support has been excellent. They provide timely and hands on support with issues and are able to provide developer support to fit the app within your theme. 5 stars there for sure. The app also offers lots of pre-order/out of stock options, including signage for the products on your site and customizable deposit/payment options at checkout. My two improvement suggestions for them is to fix the dead thumbnail at checkout which does not pull in an image and to more easily automate how products go into pre-order availability for the app (e.g. if I put "pre-order" in the product title, it would be nice if the app new to pull it and apply a standard configuration).

At the moment I only use the back in stock section. There were some problems. This was resolved very quickly by contacting customer service.
Support was very fast for resolving an issue on pre-order labels not appearing.
The app provides almost whatever I want to have. We need to have pre-order with partial payment, balanace payment in one PO etc. For some other tailor made changes, they fit most of my needs as well. Supporting team is super helpful with precise solution. They really understand your requirements and your needs to make the shop better and better. Thank you Sarah and the team. Keep going!
The support is incredible. If I sent an e-mail, they respond in holidays, out-of-office times, and very quickly. If I need an urgent fix, they help me right away and solve the issue within a couple of hours. I am honestly surprised the support is this good. The app doesn't cost that much and it works perfectly. Great for helping us with backorders and items out of stock. The customer support is above par as well. They are quick to meet our needs and find solutions. A+
Customer Service is the best we've encountered. Always responsive within minutes and straight with the solution. From amending user interface to unlocking features and more complex work such as alternative SMTP setup, they have the answers. App is a great add on on our new Shopify theme for our Back In Stock emails and replaces our older and incompatible Klaviyo snippet.
Always quick to respond to our support requests and the Pre-Order app has been a bigger winner for us.
This app makes it very easy to make pre-orders for my Shopify store, which is very important for my business. And Sarah was great helping me today with some customizing I needed done. She knew the answer right away and it worked immediately :)

Awesome to deal with, they were very prompt and sorted all my issues out. I was having trouble getting pre order to sync over to my products and within a day they had it fixed. We had updated our website, so it had something to do with that.
