downloaded the app today, still have to use it and see how it works when in use. but I have to give these guys a 5/5 for their service, super prompt and great assistance!! just based on this I would already recommend!

The team was very responsive, patient, and professional. They investigated everything carefully, kept us updated, and solved the problem completely. I really appreciate their clear communication and the fact that they involved the dev team quickly when needed. It gives me confidence to keep using the app knowing that support is reliable and effective. Highly recommended!

very fast customer service. The app works great for my store, many items sold out quickly, and customer can now pre-order the item first and pay partially, that function is what I want.

Great Support & Easy Setup Really pleased with the Globo PreOrder app so far. Henry from the support team was super helpful — he quickly resolved an issue I had with payment options still showing on the product page. The app is easy to use and does exactly what I need. Highly recommend!

The app is brilliant, we use it for pre orders of OOS items. There have been a number of times I have contacted support and the replies are always instant and the fix is found in moments and often done for you. Very clear guides etc. Support from Henry today was spot on, minor issue fixed in seconds, thank you.

Very happy about the plugin and even more about the customer service ! They make CSS customization on-demand and they are very quick and friendly.

Works very well and customer support is quick to reply. Its helped us keep sales ticking over as stock levels fluctuate.
