Fantastic app and even better customer support!! Customer Support had my issue resolved in 24 hours and they even took care. The app works perfectly too! Exactly what I need to do so customers can pre-order guitars with only a partial payment!

It has been very helpful for me to do preorders. The app is working fine and the support is great with quick replies.

Had a few problems with using the app however Eric was extremely helpful in sorting them out. Very quick to respond. Great for what we need on the website.

App is doing exactly what we need it to. We had a few issues right away that were handled promptly and professionally by Eric. The partial pay is way more intuitive than it is with other apps.

This is by far the easier way to setup pre-order for products. It has exactly what I needed... I could complete the setup in under 5 mins

Great!! So rare to find such a functional app that solves a common issue, all for free! Great work guys. I spent ages trying to figure out a strategy for pre-orders and this app does it all. No toying with code

Due to covid-19 my goods are going to arrive late, so I used the pre-order app to start taking preorders and fulfill at a later stage. The app works perfectly well, easy to set up and most importantly, you can rely on the customer service. Eric was following step by step all the stages and was supporting all requirements from my side. Highly recommened.

I've contacted support a couple times for some tweaks I needed to how the app functions and they have helped me quickly every time. Very responsive. Nice app.

We are using this app to take pre-order from new collection coming up, and even if our initial setup was not working, Eric from Customer Support took time to help us and the system is now working perfectly :) Great app with nice support team!!

I had some problems when i first installed this app, but after i contacted the support they fixed everything and now it's working great. I really love that i can configure an auto-restock after the preorder deadline.
