UX of the app is a bit unfriendly. But the support has been great and fast! They've almost managed to solve all the issues we've had in a short amount of time.

I recently needed help setting up preorder quantity limits in my Shopify store, and the team was very patient throughout the entire process. They carefully reviewed my setup, identified the source of the issue, provided clear explanations, and even implemented a custom solution directly in my theme. Special thanks to Mike,Helen and the development team for their professionalism, fast communication, and willingness to help until everything was working exactly as expected. The support was responsive, knowledgeable, and always polite. After testing, the preorder limits are now functioning correctly, and I have a much better understanding of how to manage preorder allocations in the future. Very good app, easy to get started and can easily do what you want, special thanks to Sarah, very patient and helped me solve all my problems.

App doesn't work properly upon first installation. The app would intermittently take a long time to load between different configuration pages. Some features like badges and and label in cart page are not working as expected. The support probably could fix it but we are not willing to wait for it. Had to delete it and try other app now.

Very good customer service. Rosie understoods the problems and passed onto the technical team quickly. And they solved the problem soon.
