特定の日付からの予約注文を指定し、予約日までのカウントダウンを設定していたのですがその表示ができずチャットサポートを利用しました。 アプリに詳しくなくても翻訳の日本語対応が可能なチャットがあり、担当のヘレンさんにスムーズにご対応いただき大変助かりました。 ありがとうございました。

Been using this app now for five months, at first only the back in stock notifications. However, we were configuring our first presale product range release tonight and encountered a small issue with our theme. Connected with Helen via chat and within a couple of hours the problem was completely resolved. Thank you for your prompt attention, Helen. The app is easy to use and understand and it gives us greater confidence in the app when the team provide such great support.

The app's UX/UI was intuitive, making it easy to use, and the customer support was quick and great. They even adjusted the size of the coming soon countdown widget immediately.
