The app is cool with a lot of cool Add-ons that round off the whole thing. The support is always available, fast and very effective. I had to deal with Rosie. She fixed my 2 small problems immediately in a short time.

Great experience for us as a Footwear brand! the features really help us convert sales when we have no stock left or want to bring a new product via pre-order! We received help almost instantly from their team. I had Rosie who looked after us and I highly rate her Customer Service.

I downloaded Globo to try pre-orders for the first time and was so impressed with how easy it was to set up. The app is super user-friendly, but what really stood out was the customer support. I used the live chat to ask questions about some settings I wasn’t sure about, and Rosie was incredibly helpful, she responded quickly with screenshots and highlighted exactly what I needed to change. I also asked for several customisations on the product page layout, and Rosie took care of everything for me in no time. I even added Globo as a collaborator to my store, and they helped fix a few back-end issues without me even having to ask. Overall, such a great experience, I’ll definitely continue using Globo. The customer service alone makes it well worth it!
