We've just installed this app and so far it works great. The response from the Spur IT team is really commendable. We had 1 small issue which was resolved within 24 hours.

We've been using this app for quite a while now to manage our pre-orders and it works very well. Recently we had to integrate it with a new update and the support team did a great job sorting it out quickly and with excellent communication. Eugenia was great and resolved an issue I was having right away!

Although I feel that the price is expensive for the functionality of a pre-order app I must say that the support for this app has been outstanding in terms of solving problems and customization. If we need pre-orders we will be sticking with this app, thank you!

The app is great but it's the support from the guys at SpurIT that make this a 5 star product. Working together, they helped us tailor this specifically to our requirements and we've no doubt that the finished product is going to help our customers get the products they want.

What makes a great Shopify app, isn't just the functionality (which this app has) but also the support. We've been using Pre-Order Manager for quite a while, and the thing that has kept us has been the customer service. SpurIT cares about their users and responds very quickly. The app is great, helps manage appearance of your sales button and helps communicate preorder lead times to customers. The lite version works fine for a simple clothing brand like ours - and the full pro version looks meaty enough to take on bigger stores too. Great work, guys

This app is SO helpful! It allows us to be in full control of putting our sold out products on pre order. It has so many handy features aswell. Plus the customer service is so prompt and responsive! We get a reply within 24 hours everytime (not that we need support very often as the program just works) Would recommend to anyone wanting to put hot sellers on Pre Order between shipments.
