What makes a great Shopify app, isn't just the functionality (which this app has) but also the support. We've been using Pre-Order Manager for quite a while, and the thing that has kept us has been the customer service. SpurIT cares about their users and responds very quickly. The app is great, helps manage appearance of your sales button and helps communicate preorder lead times to customers. The lite version works fine for a simple clothing brand like ours - and the full pro version looks meaty enough to take on bigger stores too. Great work, guys

This app is SO helpful! It allows us to be in full control of putting our sold out products on pre order. It has so many handy features aswell. Plus the customer service is so prompt and responsive! We get a reply within 24 hours everytime (not that we need support very often as the program just works) Would recommend to anyone wanting to put hot sellers on Pre Order between shipments.

We run a large motorcycle business in the UK and we were looking for a way to accept pre-orders on our Shopify platform, we installed what we considered to be the top 5 pre-order apps and after some considerable real-world testing found this one to be the most powerful and stable solution. As with all apps occasionally you can have minor issues depending on what template you are using and we'd chosen quite a function-rich one, we had one issue and I have to say the support from Spur-IT was nothing short of amazing, they responded instantly and fixed the issue with 1 working day. I highly recommend this app and its developers.

Great customer service once I encountered an issue with product variants at checkout. Issue was fixed in a timely manner and has been working properly.

So far so good. We had 2 glitches trying to install initially on our site the first week with product variants, but their customer support fixed the issues right away. We are currently processing orders successfully as both a pre-order and back-order function for a variety of our mens grooming products!

We just installed a new theme for our Shopify store and the pre-order option was not showing up on products that were out of stock. Quick chat and 5 minutes later and everything was up and running. The chat support feature was super helpful and now our customers are able to view which styles are in stock. Very thankful to have this app up and running!!

The set up was relatively easy and when I had a problem, I contacted their Support Chat. Wait time was only a minute and Julia was able to figure out the issue very quickly. Was super impressed.
