Details in fine print often get lost next to pretty pictures, right? Pre-Order Manager helped my FINALLY get my message across to my customers better. I make-to-order many items. This app saves me a lot of time. Now i don't have to 'explain' to customers why they didn't get there item in 3 days. They understand now and are totally cool with waiting. They just wanted to 'know'. Win. Win.

We have exclusive limited edition items for all cat lovers and pre-ordering is necessary so we don't over-produce and also capping the numbers of items being produced increase the perceived value of our products -- PRE-ORDER MANAGER made it possible for us to manage accordingly. This app helps me capture sales and retain customers that I would otherwise lose with having sold out product. My items sell out quickly and customers used to get frustrated but now with this Pre-Order app, they at least feel like they are next in line for the product and not completely out of luck.
