Rolled the Pre-Order app out on our site and performing wonderfully. Support team could not have been more helpful, top-level support! Highly recommend this app for ecommerce websites that offer pre-order service or have occasional stock outages.

I installed this app easily and had PreOrder products live within 15mins. Later that day I changed the "Store Theme" which affected PreOrder Buttons on website. After a couple emails the support team had the update corrected and live on website within the hour. I highly recommend the app!

This is a tremendous app. The global pandemic has caused shortages of some of our most popular products. Rather than having people visit daily to see if items are in stock, we can take orders on a first-come-first-served basis. The only thing that I did to improve the situation is that I switched the payment settings on our site to only take an authorization. We will process the sale when the items are back in stock and ready to ship. I had some issues getting the button to work with out template, but the team solved it in under 20 hours. Great work! Paid for itself in the first few hours.

I downloaded this app to receive pre-orders for a new product that was coming in. The app performed very well and was very easy to install and use. I would definitely use this app again when needed. Also, great customer service follow up by Artem.

Great app! Also, great support, I had some hiccups while using the free version, the support had the developers fix the issue in no time! I really like that you can give a customized button and also have different pre-order button text for each individual product, giving customer the correct information.

We are launching a product tomorrow and decided last minute to add a pre-order app because we know the product will sell out quickly. I had tried two other apps previously, but was not able to get the app working as quickly as I would have liked. After waiting a couple hours to hear back form their support, I became restless. Third time's the charm right? So I downloaded Pre-Order Manager. I still had a couple issues, but the game-changer was the customer service. Their in-app chat feature had me connected with a support agent within seconds and I not have the button fully functioning after less than an hour. NOTE: My store has a custom theme, so I needed additional help with the code. I was also able to get the button on our quickshop page which is unavailable with the other apps I tried. This App does what it says for the most part. Good to have for pre orders. Some quirks need work but the developer is working on it. They really do care.

The functionality is exactly as you'd expect it, which is to say works well. Where this app really shines is in its customer service. They reply quickly to any and every question you may have, and I could not be more pleased. I would definitely recommend the priority tier, it is well worth it.

Changed recently to this app from another one and really liking the ease of it. Fast response from app team at install when had a query. Yes, it's a little more expensive than some others, but worth the extra cost, as very intuitive, auto puts out of stock items onto preorder and saving us a lot of time from manually checking items. So far so good. Recommend.
