This app and the support, specifically Pearl and Grace made the transition from my older apps so much easier and flawless. They helped with setup and customization and I am able to do more in this one app than I did in multiple previous apps.

Pearl is absolutely amazing. She reached out to make sure everything was working properly and even made a couple cosmetic suggestions that I would have never thought of. If this is the customer service received at the free level (I'm still new and growing), I can only imaging how attentive your customer support is with a paid plan. You've got me for life with this type of wonderful support. Pearl is definitely the best.

I was getting ready to launch a new product on my Shopify store and wanted a way to make sure my customers didn’t miss it the second it went live. Notify Me! was exactly what I needed. As soon as the product officially launched, my subscribers received an instant notification straight to their phones, which let them shop right away. It made the whole launch feel smooth and exciting, and I know it helped drive those early sales. Super easy to use and a total game-changer for product drops. Highly recommend!

So far? Great app. Super intuitive and easy AF to set up, and Pearl was the cherry on top - she was awesome - offered to help with the design of the widget and had it done in like...5 minutes max. So good.

The customer service is freaking fantastic! I installed the app and before I could just start poking around to figure it out a customer service rep was on chat with me guiding me and customizing stuff based on our discussions! AND the app is fantastic too! Love how comprehensive it is with preorders, notifying when back in stock and wish lists! Fantastic!!!
