App davvero utile per gestire i prodotti sold out e non perdere vendite. Il sistema “Notify Me” è semplice da usare e si integra bene con lo store. Ma la vera differenza la fa l’assistenza clienti: velocissima, disponibile e super professionale. In particolare Pearl è stata davvero fantastica — mi ha aiutato passo passo a capire e risolvere tutto, con grande pazienza. Consigliata sia per chi è all’inizio che per chi vuole migliorare le performance dello shop.

Melissa was a tremendous help in fixing different preorder button issues my storefront was having. i genuinely would've been lost without her. Their straightforward customer service was refreshing and made it a smooth fix.

This app is great and more importantly the support is absolutely fantastic. The team are available 24/7 to jump on and fix and issues and will even help you customise to suit your site. Pearl and Melissa were particularly awesome and helpful in dealing with my barrage of questions. Thank you guys!

Pearl was amazing. She was on top of things and even sent me instructions for me to look at if I was not understanding. She stayed on line with me and completed things that I did not understand. She was the best and I hope to work with her in the future.

I've literally only just got the app installed and on the basic plan, it looks good and the widgets have integrated into our product page seamlessly, with some very efficient support from Rick. I can see that we will probably want to upgrade to access more features but first impressions are good.
