We were having some problems initially with getting set up on Notify Me!, so we decided to reach out to the support team. They were incredibly helpful with getting us started, and even helped with some UI changes to match our site branding. Rick went above and beyond the support we expected, and we're so grateful for all of the help! So far, we've only used the back-in-stock notifications, and it's been working well.

Pearl was super helpful and efficient in helping me customize this feature to fit my store's needs and theme. Very straightforward app and easy to use. Highly recommend, considering the value of the lite version. Upgrades are available if needed but the free version is a great and easy start.

Super service from Pearl! Pearl from 'Notify Me' was incredibly fast at assisting with the custom development we required to get this app up and running. She was very responsive and efficient, she even recommended further adjustments to align further with our branding. A fantastic Shopify App with great support!

Extremly fast support with Nilou, resolved the problem in just a minute, plus the app comes with every function, that merchants would wish for.

Excellent Support - Ask for Pearl! I just installed the app and was immediately greeted by the support team. I ran into a bit of a technical issue, but Pearl was amazing—she helped me step-by-step until everything was perfectly set up and resolved. It’s rare to find such a helpful and responsive support team. Highly recommend!

Mason was very helpful in helping me set up the widget in addition to Grace as well. she helped explain everything to me and what was needed to get the widget heart color changed. I really appreciate both of their help. :)

I am new to this app; however, a support specialist immediately helped me once I integrated it with my shop. None of the others I have tried did that. Support specialist checked my widgets and made sure everything integrated smoothly and even had a suggestion for me that looks amazing.

Ich habe die App vor etwa einer Stunde erworben und kann daher nur etwas über diese eine Stunde sagen. :-) - Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und der Support durch das Team, der mir sofort angeboten wurde, war freundlich und hilfreich. Die Kommunikation bisher gibt mir das Gefühl, in 'guten Händen' zu sein, wenn ich mal ein Problem haben sollte.

This app is a must in E-commerce. My products are handmade and are often out of stock. With the Notify app, my marketing budget can keep running and leads come back even stronger to purchase what they could not before! 100% Recommended, and support is great too :)
