Im not really good with setting things up , but this chat open and a lady name pearl was on my screen and she walked me through the whole set up process, she was real thorough and was very nice. I cant wait to see what kind of effect this has on my store, but I believe having a wishlist and a reminder for when your favorite items are back in stock during these crazy times can be helpful. 5 STARS!!!!

So far I have only been setting up the system. Aaron from the support team was very helpful and responsive in helping me navigate some settings. I almost wanted to give up this feature BUT the support team is so great!! Mason helped me to fix the issues within a few minutes and answer all my questions. I'm currently on free plan but would upgrade if things work out well!

The App takes a little getting used to and navigating your way around, but don't be afraid to reach out to customer service. Miles, was a fantastic help! Their quesitonaire about the issues your facing looks a little skeptical at first (their AI agent) but you have to trust that it'll get you to the right person and the right team member! Miles had my issues solved promptly and was extremely pleasant. With this convenience and friendliness while staying professional, it's hard to give it anything other than 5 stars. I will be inquiring if I have any further issues without hesitation.

Just downloaded the app and the team is incredibly responsive and helpful while setting up. I just set it up, so I haven't had any customers use the notify me button quite yet, but happy with the support I received from the service team.
