I would say it very helpful if you are just starting out your business and starting out with a small inventory- it lets you know what people want more of before you get more :) Miles was very helpful and clued me in on how to bulk edit my orders to save me some time!

Since it's updated it's not working anymore!!! I have tried so many times so find a contact page to get help but the only thing they offer is FAQ.

Being a new start business and no I’m very little about having my own website. I felt a little out of my depth. It was recommended to me that I should have a notify me option on my website and this app was suggested to me. I completely expected it to be an automated Service but was pleasantly surprised when I received personal emails from Sam and the team who helpfully talked me through the whole service and I couldn’t be more appreciative. As my website grows, I hope I will see the benefits I am sure this service offers, excited to see where we can take it. Thanks for everything! Matt

Their customer service is in the top 1% of quality, its insanely impressive how quick they understood and fixed the problems I had, the app itself is nothing insanely innovative yet its simple and effective, the aspect that really knocks it out of the park is the customer service. It was so good I actually left a review, and I never leave reviews.

They do not offer support for stores selling CBD and related products but you most likely will not know that until you install the app, hopefully this will save you some time! Very disappointing.
