Pearl was by far the best online customer service rep I've ever worked with. Not only did she help with questions, she also provided suggestions and feedback. WOW WOW WOW! Absolutely amazing. Customer service should be modeled after her cause it is truly top notch. I am extremely happy and never thought I could experience this level of professionalism and timely responses and care. Pearl is amazing and I can't say it enough

absolutely fantastic app - support is so helpful, i just spoke to dela who helped me out with my black Friday prep and they answer so so quickly! so far Wishlist, pre order, and back in stock have been totally seamless! highly recommend. love that the tech support are so friendly dela actually made me giggle after a stressful day so love that <3

I am really enjoying this app. It was easy to install and use, and I had Pearl communicate with me almost immediately after install. She helped me troubleshoot a problem and then readjusted some buttons for me so that my product page looked professional and clean. I am excited to use this app moving forward.

Bait and switch! We deployed at $69.90 per month, and they now want $500 a month for a basic out of stock notification solution! avoid!
Dear Accurascale, we sincerely apologize for your experience and any confusion caused regarding the recent plan changes. As mentioned in the email we sent you about the retirement of your old Premium plan, “We wanted to share an important update — your Premium plan will be retired on November 30.” In that same message, we offered two options: Upgrade to a higher plan with a 65% discount for 12 months, unlocking more features and higher usage limits if upgraded before the end of October. Stay on an equivalent plan (the new Rocket plan) with a 12.54% early-bird discount for a year if switched before October ended. The Rocket plan — which replaces your previous Premium plan — is $99.90/month, and with the early-bird discount, it would have been approximately $87/month. The $500/month plan you mentioned refers to a different, higher-tier plan (Notify Me Plus), and we understand how this might have caused some misunderstanding. We truly hope this clarification helps and would love the opportunity to have you with us again. Thank you for your feedback — it helps us communicate better and continue improving.
