Mason was very helpful in helping me set up the widget in addition to Grace as well. she helped explain everything to me and what was needed to get the widget heart color changed. I really appreciate both of their help. :)

I am new to this app; however, a support specialist immediately helped me once I integrated it with my shop. None of the others I have tried did that. Support specialist checked my widgets and made sure everything integrated smoothly and even had a suggestion for me that looks amazing.

Ich habe die App vor etwa einer Stunde erworben und kann daher nur etwas über diese eine Stunde sagen. :-) - Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und der Support durch das Team, der mir sofort angeboten wurde, war freundlich und hilfreich. Die Kommunikation bisher gibt mir das Gefühl, in 'guten Händen' zu sein, wenn ich mal ein Problem haben sollte.

This app is a must in E-commerce. My products are handmade and are often out of stock. With the Notify app, my marketing budget can keep running and leads come back even stronger to purchase what they could not before! 100% Recommended, and support is great too :)

Mason was super helpful, professional and great! He answered all of my questions and concerns! He also customized my widget buttons to match my stores aesthetics, which I love so much! Love the experience Notify Me is being to my stores website

This app charges $500+/month for one job: send notifications. And it can’t even recognize a valid U.S. phone number if it has dashes or +1. I entered ***-***-**** and +* ***-***-**** (both valid), and the app told me my phone number was “not valid” with zero guidance. If you only accept 10 digits, say “Use **********.” Don’t gaslight users with a generic error. For a paid product at this price, basic input validation and clear error messages are the bare minimum. Right now it’s expensive friction.

Notify! Back in Stock has been brilliant for keeping track of my in-demand and best-selling products, and making sure customers can easily be notified when items are back available. It’s helped me capture sales I’d otherwise miss and gives great insight into what my customers really want. Rick has been especially helpful — super responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to assist whenever I’ve had questions. Highly recommend this app if you want a simple, reliable back-in-stock solution.
