Perfect application to add a simple out of stock notification form on product pages. The app walks you through every step of setup with a large repository of information and FAQs. Melika was very responsive and helpful with setting up the product page widget and set it up perfectly!

Great app with amazing customer support and follow-up. We had a theme that had been customized a bit and some of the features weren't working.
