I’ve been using the Notify Me app on my Shopify store, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The app itself is fantastic and works seamlessly, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible customer support I received. Nilou has been an absolute lifesaver! From the moment I reached out with questions, Nilou went above and beyond to help me resolve everything quickly and efficiently. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about ensuring the best possible experience for customers. No matter how small or complicated my requests were, Nilou handled them with patience and expertise. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service these days, and Nilou deserves all the credit for making my experience stress-free and enjoyable. WOW - WOW - WOW – Exceptional Service from Sam! I just have to say, the customer service I received from Sam at Notify Me was outstanding! It’s rare to experience someone so willing to help these days, but Sam went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and I had everything I needed. Truly the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! The app itself is also fantastic – intuitive, easy to use, and effective. I’m so impressed with both the service and the product. I have used many different apps across shopify. None come close to Notify with customer service and response times. It doesn't matter what time or day I always get my issues resolved quickly. A big thanks to Dela from the team as well. She has been a great help everytime I have needed some questions answered. Very helpful and polite member of the team.

Great customer service. Always answer fast when we have an issue. Great app to not loose sales from out of stock product that will get back in stock. Also with the great dashboard, we can easily see where there is some products that we should produce again.

So far so good. The app is great and Stella was very responsive with some questions we had and responded right away. This is a great way to help our customers get notifications for our out of stock products!!
