Fantastic help. Very quickly solved and forwarded suggestion to add options to the app such as notice of low stock.
Highly recommend this app for efficiently managing requests and back-in-stock alerts. Its user-friendly interface makes automation a breeze. The support team was incredibly helpful during the setup process.
Wow! As customer service goes for Shopify Apps - Notify! has completely blown us away. They spotted the issues before we did (only visual button alignment issues) and asked if they could fix them. Fantastic level of customer service and care.

We are setting up a new business and this App is providing us with the opportunity to pick up additional sales in advance of stock arriving. During the setup, I did need some support to customise to our requirements and Stella was responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend Notify!

Having a free plan but then having an incredibly limited use of the app with the free plan seems really anti-consumer. It feels like it's meant as a way to force someone to move into a paid plan. Y'all should remove the preorder limit from free plans, as limiting preorder sales to 5 sales for one of your main features is just pointless, and doesn't make me want to pay for premium.

Just installed this app, going to try out the free plan and see how I like it. So far, it's been super easy to set up and the customer service is great. They immediately helped me customize the widget to my store theme and answered my questions.
Very easy installation, team was incredibly helpful and responsive as I was setting up the notify when back in stock and pre-order features. The free version is somewhat limited in what can be done, but that is as to be expected and I am able to do everything I need to with the free version for now. Thanks to the Notify! team for creating a great product and being so helpful!
