Great customer support, fast help if needed, easy to use app. Highly recommend for catching lost sales and maximising those conversions.

Deleram needs a raise. I was in a wheelchair my whole life, but after she helped me fix my pre-order app it gave me the ability to walk again! She's the best!

They don't disclose before you install that they also charge 3-1% of your preorder revenue, on top of the monthly subscription rate. I'm sure many small businesses aren't aware of this hidden fee. Terrible. Don't be shady, and include in your pricing section.

Aliya was very patient and worked with me on resolving the issues within the app being applied to the products. Thankfully, we resolved the issues right away and I can move forward with the pre-order!

The support staff is very responsive and helpful. They've been able to walk me through step by step changes to make it as easy as possible. I do wish there was a bit more customization but overall happy with this app.

I used to have a free Klaviyo waitlist connection that stopped working so I downloaded this and it took 5 minutes to setup and works well! The support staff responded within 10 mins of my initial outreach and worked very quickly to answer my questions about customizing the widget. Would highly recommend!

Nareh was very helpful and made everything so much easier. She offers fantastic customer service and it was a pleasure to have her at my aid. Would definitely recommend her service if anyone is having any difficulties navigating the app!
