Absolutely fantastic customer service, speedy replies and helpful support - even on weekends! The set up process is also really quick and easy. The notify me buttons look great on the page. Super useful app that takes care automatic email/text notifications that keep your customers interested.

Great value add and very helpful support.

This app is great for creating and managing your pre-orders but we've had a few issues that are worth noting. First, if you choose "Fulfillment date up to you", you will need to release each order manually to fulfill it in the future. It can be very time-consuming if you're dealing with a lot of orders. Second, they are not very clear with their billing information. When we did a holiday subscription, after our first month was over, it said we were going to get billed for $0.96 (which was odd because the deal was only for one month) but instead we got billed for a full premium price of $69.90. They issued a full refund when we reached out to them but you have to pay attention to your billing invoices as their billing info on the app could be misleading. Overall, we highly recommend this app.

We love this app; it's easy to use and a great way to test new products without the bulk and uncertainty of overordering and carrying too much stock. We try hard to keep our business waste low. We do not want to contribute to the problem by adding more waste to landfills, and this App helps with that.

Just downloaded the free version and already im so impressed with the customer service and the way she went into the back end soon as I downloaded it to make sure the colour of the buttons suit my website. I have now already upgraded to a paying subscription as im so impressed already and got to delete 2 other apps, one was a back in stock app and the other was a preorder app because this one can do both! amazing thanks guys.
