easy to use and install on your own. I also chatted with Mason, a chat rep who was responsive and making sure that my request met my satisfaction

So far so good, but we are just a few days in on the Standard Plan. I think there is a 3% fee applied to pre-orders, which is a bit steep for us, so we just use the app for Back in Stock notifications and that works very well. I stuggled to use the app to strat with, but Miles in support quickly got me up to speed, so that part is faultless. All in all I am please we got this app and are using for the notifications. I think that will more than pay for itself.

Really good how it allows people to sign up per size, little bit expensive to get access to peoples emails though. Pearl from customer support was very useful though and responsive!

The customer service here is fantastic! had a sudden issue and I panicked but Grace completely calmed me down, talked me through my issue, handled it quickly, and was an absolutely pleasure to work with! It’s not too common to come across someone with so much patience. Thankful for all the help!

Grace was such a fantastic level of support. From installing the app, through to messaging me from the get go on how to navigate and make the page work effectively. I had one product I wanted for pre -order, and Grace was able to fix the page and guide me through it. This is probably the most hands on customer support i've received through an App uploaded to Shopify.
