I needed a little help with adding the inline button to our theme, and Pearl handled it right away! She showed me what was wrong and had it fixed within minutes. Great service and very friendly support!

I recently installed the Notify! Back in Stock | Pre-Order app and Rick helped me get everything set up. His support was excellent, patient, clear, and very responsive. I really appreciate the time he took to make sure everything was working the way I needed. From the setup alone, I can already tell this app is going to be very useful for my business. It’s straightforward to use and solves a key need for managing pre-orders and restock alerts. Highly recommend both the app and the support team!

Works great - customer service is awesome! Be mindful of what site your're using though as it can get sticky... but usually there is a work around!

Very easy to use with great customization options. When I had a conflict with a new theme setting, customer service was super helpful in getting it resolved. Shout out to Sam for making the needed changes for me and being so easy to work with!

We had a display conflict between this app and another app. Unfortunately, even after two hours, I couldn't solve the problem myself. Then Nilou came along and solved the problem within minutes. Thank you for that.

These guys are second to none! The app is great, and the customer service is incredible. I had a small issue with my pre-order set up (which was really easy to set up generally, I just had a small hiccup with my discount) but Harry, who I spoke to on chat, tried a few different things for me and resolved the issue immediately. Really brilliant, tailored and quick help when required - would recommend to anyone.
