I had a great experience with Notify. Pearl helped me customize my buttons so they fit perfectly with my store’s theme. She was quick, very helpful, and friendly throughout the process. The support made everything smooth and enjoyable, and I’m excited to see what the app will generate for my store.

Just installed the app which is super easy. I had a problem with how the widget looked on the website for Pre-orders and Mason quickly fixed it up and also changed a few things around from me. Super helpful

I am new using this app and installed the app with the free plan. I contacted support and they even customised a few buttons for me, it was done very quickly. Sam was super fast and super friendly:)

We encountered an issue after downloading the app, as a Women's Health store we were accidentally flagged as breaching Notify Me! policy. We sent a message to the customer support and Mason immediately responded (within minutes). He worked out what we do as a health business and was able to resolve the problem immediately. App is now working well - exactly what we need and a super responsive and helpful customer services team. 5*

I'm in very early stages but so far the onboarding and customer support from Mason has been amazing. His service and the minor customizations he made on our website were done quickly and look perfect. Super excited to see how this app helps with our unfortunate out of stocks!

Have recently started using Notify Me as I am new to shopify. one thing to note is that its integrations are super easy. It is slightly on the expensive side but i think i feel the best doesn't come cheap. If my store performs well its a small investment. There are more features that I await to be launched soon which can enhance my customer's user experience. Since using NotifyMe, I have achieved some traction on my store because I have been able to curate my products as per the demand. the customer feels more relevant with my store now. My repeat rate has increased. Hoping for great things in future.
