We had an aesthetic issue we did not know how to fix and so I messaged the team expecting to have to work on this for at least an hour, but Harry jumped on and took care of what I needed within 5 minutes! Truly so grateful!

Pearl from the customer care team was with me every step of the way - helping me customise the widget styling to match our brand, adding our wishlist button to the nav bar, and even proactively suggesting improvements I hadn't thought of (like the confirmation message styling, which looked fantastic).
