I love how easy this app is to use! Their customer service is also excellent, quick to respond and very helpful. When I first downloaded the app, Nilou assisted me with the setup. As a solopreneur, managing everything alone can be overwhelming, so having her support made a big difference. She helped me with setup, customization, and even offered suggestions that perfectly aligned with my website’s branding. So grateful for her help!

I had high hopes for this because it advertises a nice combo of features and has good ratings… but geez it sucks. The tool is extremely rigid and limited in functionality, and customer support is condescending when simple questions are asked… As soon as you install this app it deploys and ugly out of the box configuration to production. It’s unfair to your brand image and customer experience. You have to be ready to attempt customizing the appearance immediately, otherwise… good luck. Conditional logic is not possible. The Wishlist feature is still in beta and you do not want to waste your time trying to use it. Oh and to top it all off it’s 5x more expensive than all other options out there. Annoying

the app is too good, especially for clothing brands with large SKU and restocks. You will not have to lose out any revenue on your OUT OF STOCK STLES AS CUSTOMERS WILL PREPAY. THE SUPPORT IS JUST FABULOUS.

Incredible help & support - the best I have ever received from an app on Shopify. Pearl guided me through the whole set up & even tweaked things to match our website perfectly. She was so helpful, kind and forward thinking. We had downloaded this app due to other issues with a different backorder app and Pearl was able to figure out the problem & give us the solution straight away. So grateful for her & this easy to use app!!

Grace has been the most helpful person to chat with! She checked in right when we got the app for our store and helped with basic technical knowledge and navigation within the platform and had great creative suggestions.
