We pay for the Pro subscription, yet without any warning, our ability to send SMS notifications and use other crucial features was blocked. We were in the middle of preparing a restock campaign for a highly anticipated product, and now we can’t send notifications to our customers due to an error caused by the app. We reported the problem to support – instead of real, immediate help from a person, we were forced to interact with an unhelpful bot. Eventually, we were told we have to wait 24 hours for the technical team to respond. The only explanation provided was that ‘this might be a bug caused by the release of annual plans.’ During this waiting period, our company is losing money – we have an active social media campaign generating traffic, with all notifications ready to go out, but we can’t send them. You simply can’t rely on this app during critical moments for your store. Because of this incident, I’ll be forced to look for an alternative solution, as this situation is unacceptable and cannot happen again. I absolutely do not recommend this app – we lost time, money, and customer trust because of this issue.

Product page made no mention of a 3% fee on pre-orders. We removed our previous tech before installing this one (our mistake!) based on the many positive reviews, only to see we must pay a very hefty monthly fee to get the fees down to 2 or 1% on pre-orders. Misleading product page.

I'm not even a paying customer (Yet) as I'm setting up a new storefront and wanted to test out functionality. Purchased a custom template, had hours of issues trying to get it work and amazed after reaching out to the team how helpful they were to solve my issue and fix the necessary code to get it working. Can't wait to get my site launched and will def subscribe as the app is just what I need.
