Absolutely Outstanding Support from Grace! I reached out for help with customising our "Sold Out" button to show “Low Stock – Enquire Now” and trigger a popup for customer enquiries — and Grace completely nailed it. Not only did she immediately understand our requirements, but she also actioned everything swiftly, clearly, and with the most delightful attitude. The button now works exactly as we envisioned, and she explained every step, including what features were in use and which to avoid (like Pre-Order). Her communication was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful truly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Grace, you’re a gem! Thank you for your patience, efficiency, and kindness. Super easy to set up, does exactly what it says, and my customers love being able to get notified when something is available again. I didn’t have to mess around with complicated settings, it just worked. Support is quick to reply too whenever I had a question. Definitely worth it if you keep running out of stock or want to take preorders without stress.
