I've had the pleasure of working with Miles and can't speak highly enough of the experience. He is incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and address any questions or concerns. As I've been setting this up the support staff Pearl and Stella have been incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to my questions! I was able to import all requests from my old back in stock app and the new sign up button looks great on our site. The pre-order feature isn't exactly what I thought and you can't let customers pre-order by variant, but support staff said they'll put this in as a feature request which is nice.
