This is the neatest way I've ever seen an app on Shopify set-up. As soon as I downloaded the app to my store, I had support reach out via their live chat to make sure everything was set-up and activated correctly, along with being customized to my liking. This was an amazing onboarding experience! Thank you Miles!

Setting up the Notify Me app was incredible simple and easy! Before I even had a chance to go through the settings Emma the lovely customer services rep was already helping me get things setup and confirming it's functionality on my site. Great app and better customer care!

I loved the app. It's very easy to set up. Had some issues with our theme, but the team instantly fixed it. I would easily recommend it to you.

Great app - the aftercare really quick - I had an issue - I didn't know how to fix it , or have the tech skills - Harry helped really quickly and got me up and running again. So many of these apps promise a lot and then all you can speak to is a bot. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work Notify me - and big shout out again to a Harry xx

Ich habe einige Apps ausprobiert da ich etwas Probleme hatte mit den Funktionen. Letztendlich habe ich mich für Notify entschieden da der Support und auch die Funktionen überzeugen. Dazu kommt dass die Mitarbeiterin Pearl mich bei allen Fragen rund um die App unterstützt hat. Ich bin rundum zufrieden

Good customer service from Miles & Nareh. Prompt follow up and communication! The App provides overall, good value and functionality. I wish the export report had some things formatted differently, but not a huge deal.
