was super fast and fixed our issue where we had a prebuilt rule to show out of stock when inventory of a product was less than 5. support team was able to separate the pre-order button from the out of stock behavior

The app is perfect for us and we've been using it for a while now. We've never had any problems. I made a request and Niluo immediately took care of my special request and did exactly what I wanted. Super customer service and super app. I can only recommend it.

I recently upgraded my plan to unlock more of Notify Me features. Mason who helped me out was delightful, incredibly patient and thoroughly guided me through the entire process. His assistance has ensured that I can maximise my use of the app, and I'm particularly excited to start using the PreOrder function soon. Awesome customer service!!

really nice app and Dela from the customer support did a really great job in solving my questions as some customizations still need to be made manually. I love that it has several features in one app like wishlist, back in stock and pre-order function

Amazing app and even better support! I had a few requests to better match the design with my store and Aliya was incredibly helpful — quick to respond, kind, and efficient. This is day 1 so take it for what it's worth, but the setup was fairly straight-forward with most of the features automatically integrated into our theme and only a few customizations needed (i.e., preorder email notification spacing, etc.). Basic package offerings are decent, but you get a lot more with the standard plan. But, you pay for what you get of course. No buyers remorse here, happy with the decision thus far. As for customer support, Miles and Grace made the transition easy and were full of knowledge and positive energy. It's also good Notify! Back in Stock offers a 7-day try before you buy instead of trying to lock you in immediately. Overall, happy with the app.
