Just started, very easy almost automatic set up. Check in from service team checked set up correct, offered help and removed their branding at no extra cost. Very Impressed right of the box.

We downloaded the app and within a few mins Grace from customer service reached out to help us customize the app for our business. Grace was responsive and supportive for all our needs. Highly recommended!

This app is exactly what I needed, it's easy tu use and really helpful. Everything was simple to set up and works smoothly. A special thanks to Pearl from the chat support team, she was kind, responsive and efficient. Her help made the whole experience even better.

I hate to do this even though support was helpful. Within minutes of downloading the app i was flagged as spam so they wouldnt allow me to use the app at all. Then i had to speak with support the whole process took about a half hour to an hour. Then after all that their LITE version only allows the number they advertise as lifetime not monthly. They don't however include the word LIFETIME anywhere on their product page before you download and then wait for a half hour just to find out. Im bummed because the product may be great. But it was an awful starting experience and the false advertising on the LITE version will take me to a competitors product.

Miles was amazing to work with. He proactively reached out to me to help with matching the Notify buttons to my theme's design and within seconds it was all fixed and matched beautifully! Now that's customer service. I highly recommend Notify Me!

Harry did a great job helping me get to the bottom of a one-time theme interaction issue. This was the only time we've had an issue like this in the years using this app. The amount of features they've added makes this invaluable. Their responsiveness and helpfulness when it comes to customer service is second-to-none. Customizability features make it easy to use and integrate into any store.

Sam was quick to respond, replied with video instructions, and answered multiple questions. Very easy to work with and excited to put the features into place.
