I've had a wonderful experience using this app so far! After downloading and installing, I was almost immediately contacted by a wonderful customer care associate named Stella who assisted me with the setup and integration of the app. She was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything was working and well integrated into the themeing of my store. She was even able to assist me with an issue I was having outside of the scope of the app! Definitely super impressed~

Amazing Support from Sam! Sam was incredibly helpful in walking me through the Notify Me platform for the first time. I had a specific goal to set up pre-order functionality on my store, and Sam made the entire process so smooth and easy to understand. Altough sometimes customer service is having trouble reading instructions they are really patient and friendly people helping out wherever they can. And they keep working until "mission accomplished." Thanks again!

Very useful to set up pre-order It does require a bit of manual set up with regards to email notifications so a basic knowledge of coding is required for the emails. But love the functionality.
