Amazing experience with this app, super recommend it. This app is simple but super effective. I must praise Miles also, who was very kind and helped me adjust a few bits in my website.

We had to install Notify! after the previous BackInStock app was deprecated without notice. Mason was instantly helpful with the installation and also with customising certain design elements of the notification and emails. Super happy with the level of customer service - shows the team really want the app to work for their customers. Highly recommend the app to others. Thanks for your help Notify! & Mason.

Nilou was a great help to me today. I really like the way this app works. It has helped me keep track of restocking and although at times there are small glitches it seems that they have a great support team in place to help resolve issues. I have always had great experiences from the team. Definitely worth trying to see how helpful it can be.

WOW - WOW - WOW – Exceptional Service from Sam! I just have to say, the customer service I received from Sam at Notify Me was outstanding! It’s rare to experience someone so willing to help these days, but Sam went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and I had everything I needed. Truly the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! The app itself is also fantastic – intuitive, easy to use, and effective. I’m so impressed with both the service and the product. I have used many different apps across shopify. None come close to Notify with customer service and response times. It doesn't matter what time or day I always get my issues resolved quickly. A big thanks to Dela from the team as well. She has been a great help everytime I have needed some questions answered. Very helpful and polite member of the team.
