I didn't realise the app's location settings weren't included in the lower-tier subscription plan. Since I operate with two different warehouse locations, the app was automatically sending back-in-stock notifications to customers in regions where inventory wasn't actually available. I was quite frustrated when I discovered that the location feature required upgrading to the Plus plan at $499/month. However, I contacted customer support straight away, and they responded immediately. Not only did they quickly resolve the issue, but they also enabled the location feature for me on the Standard plan. I'm extremely pleased with both the speed of their response and their willingness to help a small business like mine. Outstanding customer service and a great team to deal with. Thank you!

interface and UI is a little unorthadox and somehwhat non-intuitive but the customer service is OFF THE CHAIN. They are great and very responsive. My issues were answered immediately and with clarity

Just installed Notify Me, With Pearls help we were up and running very quickly. This works extremely well and is easy to use. Couldn't recommend it more.

The app does exactly what I was looking for. Support was quick to reach out and make sure everything was working properly. Aaron answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and made the setup process straightforward.
