Was contacted immediately once the app was installed letting me know they can make customizations. Took them up on the offer and Nilou within minutes adjusted the buttons to better suit our needs.

Nous avons installé l’application Notify Me sur notre boutique Shopify et l’intégration s’est globalement très bien passée. Au début, nous avons rencontré trois petits problèmes techniques, mais le support a été très réactif. Ils ont pris le temps de comprendre chaque point et nous ont accompagné jusqu’à la résolution complète. Aujourd’hui tout fonctionne correctement, notamment la fonctionnalité de précommande, et l’expérience est fluide aussi bien côté équipe que côté client. Très bon support et solution efficace.
Des retours comme celui-ci nous motivent énormément ! Nous sommes ravis que l’intégration se soit bien passée et que notre équipe ait pu vous accompagner efficacement pour résoudre les problèmes rencontrés. Le fait que la fonctionnalité de précommande réponde parfaitement à vos attentes nous enchante. N’hésitez pas à nous contacter si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit d’autre, nous sommes là pour vous aider.

Great customer service team! Overall good app. I had some issues with the Klaviyo built in Notify feature, so I switched to this. Just be careful of the SMS and What's App charges. I am only sending via email to avoid the upcharges.

Fantastic experience so far! Loving these features, and am blown away by the quick and above-and-beyond customer service. Nilou is amazing!!!
