I applaud the fact that this is a free app (at least when we trialled it), but we discovered a bit of a show-stopper when using themes that allow you to add products from outside of the actual product page - for example themes that allow you to add an item from a thumbnail on a home page or collection page. If a customer does this to a product with zero inventory it still allows the product to be added to cart without idenitifying as a pre-order. So the customer thinks they're ordering something that's in stock! Raised this with them, and no answer after 30 hours. I'll be uninstalling. Shame as it looked promising...

Ha dejado de funcionar la app. Me pone 404 Not found nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)...todo iba bien hasta que ya no se abrió más.

It took way less than 2 minutes to install. A few clicks and the app was good to go, working perfectly right out of the box. I wanted to set a quantity limit to my pre-orders, but I couldn't find the option, so I reached out to support. Less than an hour later, Eva replied to my message and said she had enabled the feature and I was once again good to go. Between the seamless and incredibly simple installation process and the mind-blowingly fast support I received, I really have to give this app the 5-stars it deserves. Well done, Eva and the team! Thanks for everything.

App works great and their support is top notch, I was having issues with the preview as our theme code was clashing with the app and they were super quick to fix it and get it all up and running for us. Now it's working just fine and it's exactly what we needed!

The team were great. I installed the app and needed some assistance in getting the functionality to work correctly with our custom theme. The team had the issue resolved in less than 90 seconds and we we're able to launch pre orders in line with our timeframes and requirements. If your considering multiple apps to use for your pre orders dont look at any others Preorder Wolf will do EXACTLY what you need and the team will make sure it works perfectly. 11/10 service from the team!

Very easy app. With a very helpful and quick to respond chat assistant. Had an issue with clashing apps and they were able to quickly resolve the issue.

My experience has been good so far. There was a problem with this app and the theme of my choice, but I received supports from a support agent within minutes and solved it. Recommending app for pre-order stuff.
