I reached out to their team regarding a couple of issues on my site, and within moments, Eva was on it, providing the most thorough and efficient assistance I've ever received. Not only did she resolve my initial concern, but she also went above and beyond to address other questions I had. Initially, I encountered a minor bug, but it seemed to disappear after clearing my cookies. From there, I asked if it would be possible to add some formatting changes to the 'delivery info' section on my site. I wanted to change the default message that appeared when customers added a pre-order product to their cart. Instead of the generic "Type: Preorder" message, I wanted a more detailed and personalized message in Spanish, letting customers know when their entire order would be shipped if it included pre-order products.
