Preorder Wolf has definitely made our preorder management smooth and efficient. The customer support team goes above and beyond to help, which really sets them apart. We have only just installed and will need to look at the different options within the app but Support was fast with helping us set it up. Our test seems to be in working order so we are looking forward to trying out some of the features.

I recently installed the PreOrder Wolf app to set up preorders on my online shop, but at first, I couldn’t see any “Pre-order” label on the test product I created. I reached out to support for help, and Eva responded quickly. She informed me that I hadn’t enabled the app extension needed for the preorder button to display. I reached out to their team regarding a couple of issues on my site, and within moments, Eva was on it, providing the most thorough and efficient assistance I've ever received. Not only did she resolve my initial concern, but she also went above and beyond to address other questions I had. Initially, I encountered a minor bug, but it seemed to disappear after clearing my cookies. From there, I asked if it would be possible to add some formatting changes to the 'delivery info' section on my site. I wanted the text to be bold and more prominent for customers, making it stand out. Eva jumped on the task immediately and implemented the changes perfectly. The responsiveness was just incredible! I had a specific request regarding the PreOrder Wolf app for my store, and Eva from the support team handled it wonderfully! I wanted to change the default message that appeared when customers added a pre-order product to their cart. Instead of the generic "Type: Preorder" message, I wanted a more detailed and personalized message in Spanish, letting customers know when their entire order would be shipped if it included pre-order products. Eva responded promptly to my query and worked closely with the team to make the necessary changes. She kept me updated and reassured me that the team was working on my request.
