Great features. I had an issue with the Preoder button not taking the customer to the cart, so I reached out on the chat box for help. Amandeep did a really great job fixing a theme issue that occurred but it was fixed in like 5 seconds.

Aman was very helpful and he fixed the problem within a few minutes. I was having issues with my checkout option on my website and through his help, the issue was fixed and resolved immediately. I am grateful for his help.

We've used this app for many years. The initial set-up is easy, & it is very easy to maintain while we add new products for pre-order frequently. We recently had an issue, & they were able to solve it in a reasonable amount of time. Every person I've talked with has been responsive & helpful.

Amandeep was very helpful, took time out to help me figure out bug issues with app. only reason why it is not 5 stars is due to issues outside of Amandeep control such as speed. Other than that he was awesome

Great app for pre-order and their support team is awesome, they managed to help me fix issues the soonest. Hope they have more settings on pre-order tags like choice of ribbon color etc.

So far I've loved this app and the team. The team were super efficient and fast when it came to solving any issues I had. Every questions or concerns were solved within 30 minutes of sending a support email!
