Thank you so much to Alina for helping me understand and navigate the app when I wasn't sure about a few things. She was on the chat immediately and we worked it out together. This is an app that you can't do without. It saves so much trouble by telling your customers what they can expect on shipping for out-of-stock items or items that will be shipping soon. Alina helped me out big time. I had an issue with the app and she fixed it in the coding for us at 8 pm!! Unbelievable support I would recommend this to anyone for preorders. She saved the day and I couldn't be more thankful.

Works great. I love that it integrates buttons on the home page and collection pages to show that the item is on preorder. Highly recommend.

Early support is effective for onboarding. We've had issues since in terms of Products showing as Enabled for Pre Order - but no Pre Order functionality. As with most 3rd party Apps, these guys are intent on sending Articles designed to fix problems instead of offering genuine service. It's only when you advise of cancellation that you get some movement. Kudos to the first App that actually supports their product and offers genuine value for money - they are thin on the ground. Pleasingly the glitch in their platform that was causing the failure has now been fixed and we are once again operational

the app did not even function as preorder , and u asking me for a review, it is showing me add to cart only , and later after 10 seconds its showing preoorder , and customers are yelling at us

This app does what it says. Works well. We asked their staff to help change button layout and message position. One of their staff named Amandeep is really helpful. So easy communicates with him, and just done the job in 5 minutes. Amazing. One suggestion is, this app should list product title, what product is related to customer notification email. Currently, it provides a variation ID, it can be searched in shopify to find related product. But you know, can be done better. Overall is excellent. Highly recommend.

Way too painful. Creates Pre-Order options with discounts that you can't modify. Adds both Checkout Now and Pre-Order buttons to the checkout screen when it is only supposed to trigger on zero stock - I asked for support and was told that it was a problem with my theme - which was actually working perfectly before i installed this crappy app.

I do want to note that my support crew did not mean to imply that your theme is broken, but rather that the settings for some of the functions you were struggling with are controlled through your theme and not through our app. This is a common setup for lots of Shopify apps, since they are all integrations with the code that controls your store (which includes your theme). Having said that, we will be looking at that to see if we can simplify the experience for our customers. Having trouble getting this work - I'll set up the Pre-Order rules but the items seems to revert and I don't think the Help Team has a lot of experience with this app. I'll give it a try but if things don't get better I'll probably cancel before my trial period ends.

Setup is fairly simple. The issue we have found is that as the app loads last on the store, the add to cart button doesn’t turn to a pre order button until every element on the page loads. We’ve seen a number of customers checking out without the preorder app registering it as a pre order as they clicked add to cart too quickly. This kinda makes it pretty useless - we’re now having to chase all the customers who ordered thinking the product was in stock.
