The app does everything we need it to do for our pre-order items. Josh from Support as amazing to deal with. He fixed the issues we found between the app and the theme we are using with ease.

Customer service was extremely quick, the technician I spoke with (Rasheem) walked me through the setting and whilst the app hasn't yet started working. I'm reassured that this will work. I'll update this review to 5* when everything is resolved.

The app is very easy to use and configure. The newly added notification option has really made this a single option application for new (not yet in stock) and backordered items you want to pre-sell. I was having a small issue with the settings and was able to jump on chat with Aman and he helped me work through the problem and get everything working as it should. Good app with good support!

High pressure pre order in less than 30 min, and a glitch with a custom theme. Aman saved my bacon. I didn't expect to be helped in 5 minutes and back to work in 6.

This app fits our current needs perfectly. We have had a couple of challenges that a chat with customer support solved quickly. Tonight I ran in to small issue, opened the chat window and Josh had it fixed in a matter of minutes.

So far it works like a dream. I don't need much, so the free version works perfectly. I did need help on a setting and Amandeep was quick and friendly. He was able to fix it in no time flat.

Good solid app with rapid support. Amadeep was right there on a live chat the moment I had a question (worrying about integration with 2.0 platform themes). The answer was efficient and friendly and he put my fears to rest. Great to know it plays nice on the new platform. Thank you

I used this app because my website needed to have pre-order and it worked great! I recommended it! The customer service is amazing!! They are very friendly and helpful! I talked to Amandeep to have it uninstalled after I no longer needed it and he was very helpful and showed me how to do it correctly!

customer support is super fast and really helpful and it 11pm so I'm impressed. Nicoz allowed the badge to work on the theme I was working in on shopify. revision: a few months later needed more help and amandeep subbed in for Nicoz. still absolutely great service. and he simplified my issues with the use of tags.
