The app seems to be working fine from the aspect of its primary function, but it is causing SEO issues in our store. The app elements/features which we don't even use are present on our pages which adds unwanted h1 and h2s causing On-Page SEO errors. We communicated this with the support and were not able to find a solution to it, they say this will be added to their feature request list. Hope they will fix this soon. *****UPDATE***** They have fixed the issue and everything seems to be working great. Really appreciate the effect made by the support and developer team in fixing our issue, especially the help from Joshua, the 5-star is for him.

The response was very smooth and helpful. It would be nice to have Japanese language support, and it would be better to have a warning alert for reserved items with different delivery dates.

I've used this app for a couple years now in two different stores. It does what needs to be done. I have the free and paid version in 2 different stores and both are great. Support is TOP, they answer really fast and fix problems.

App was confusing at best. But mainly did not work. I could not get pre-order button to show up. help instructions were confusing. I requested support and got nothing. then, the app stopped opening all together. So, it was just a big waste of time.

Der Support ist schnell und gut. Auf Wordpress gab es schon bessere Pre-Order Apps/Plug-ins, jedoch ist diese App definitiv am besten auf Shopify. Update 21.10.2022 (5 stars to 3 stars): The App is causing a major SEO issue. In the App liquid in line 509 there is a "notify me when available" text with H1-Tag installed. I don't know why anyone ever thought it would be a good idea to make something so trivial H1. I mean, I don't even use this notify me when available function, but still have the trouble with the issue. I can't fix it myself, because if I change it to H6 myself it just will be back to H1 the next day. The development team seems to not be able to just change the H-Tag at the moment, so the app is creating major SEO issues for all users at the moment and you cannot do anything about it for the time being. Support Team was kind and fast in their response, but sadly could not do anything and you just have to wait if this issue might be solved at some point... Update 25.12 (3 stars to 4 stars): Only now realized that I used German and English in a mixed way for my review. Anyway, just wanted to update from 3 stars to 4 stars now that I have more comparison. I think they solved the H1 Tag issue, which is good. They also seem to have a quick loading time for the pre-order function, which I realized after comparing it to others that needed too long to load the per-order functionality on the product page. Still can't give 5 stars because they could not make the badges work completely properly and I had to get some other app for this and sometimes the app does not save custom pre-order settings, so you have to be careful

Tech support was awesome. They worked on the issue with the Add To Cart button not working, and escalated it when they were having issues with the code. Aman stayed on top of it until it was fixed.

I've been using the app on two clothing stores for over a year now. It does everything we need and more. I've recommended the app to Facebook Shopify users on several occasions. It's definitely worth the investment, its way better than trying to do workarounds for free on your product pages. The main piece of advice I have for new users is to remember to remove the ability to order when out of stock, I've forgotten on several occasions resulting in not having the requested products to send. The new features added recently eg partial payment are excellent. We've just started working with it but I reckon it will increase conversions. Overall I'm very happy to recommend the app, I can't fault it in any way.
