Updating my review from 4 to 5 stars. The support is always there and very helpful. Thanks Aman for helping this time when we needed to turn on pre-order for many products and advising me about enabling pre-order via tagging products-a very useful feature. Previous Review: We've been using this app for a good while now with one product but recently added more pre-order products and refreshed our website. With changing themes to one of Shopify's new themes (Refresh) we encountered a couple of issue with the Pre-Order Now app. I wasn't able to find solutions easily on my own but support is always available and helpful (sometimes you have to wait several minutes to get someone though). Rasheem solved our first problem with home page badges resizing the product image and the next day Nicoz solved the issue of the Pre-Order button not working. Nicoz also provided advice for the delayed loading of the pre-order button which sometimes allows people to order without seeing the pre-order button or having the pre-order tag attached to the order. I believe this can occur with any pre-order app and comes down to your page speed though. It's a good value app with great support and I'm looking forward to the improvements to come.

This app was straightforward to set up, find the product we wanted to mark for pre-order, and customers had no confusion about which items were going to ship later. Amandeep was very helpful in getting me on track with this app.

I didn't use the app yet, but support is great! They were online immediately on Saturday to help and change some code. I hope the app works as good as their support.

I used this app to help me list pre-orders for my artwork. The team behind the app are fast to respond to issues and are so helpful. My issue was fixed by Josh in a total of 4 minutes. Highly recommend!

The app seems to be working fine from the aspect of its primary function, but it is causing SEO issues in our store. The app elements/features which we don't even use are present on our pages which adds unwanted h1 and h2s causing On-Page SEO errors. We communicated this with the support and were not able to find a solution to it, they say this will be added to their feature request list. Hope they will fix this soon. *****UPDATE***** They have fixed the issue and everything seems to be working great. Really appreciate the effect made by the support and developer team in fixing our issue, especially the help from Joshua, the 5-star is for him.

The response was very smooth and helpful. It would be nice to have Japanese language support, and it would be better to have a warning alert for reserved items with different delivery dates.

I've used this app for a couple years now in two different stores. It does what needs to be done. I have the free and paid version in 2 different stores and both are great. Support is TOP, they answer really fast and fix problems.

App was confusing at best. But mainly did not work. I could not get pre-order button to show up. help instructions were confusing. I requested support and got nothing. then, the app stopped opening all together. So, it was just a big waste of time.
