Unfortunately have to downgrade my review. This app is getting very glitchy. Preorders aren't showing up on our site and we keep having to toggle them off and back on to get them working again.. --- Preorder apps have given me a lot of grief. Anything that lives in the space of the add-to-cart button is going to cause trouble from time to time. This app seems to be the most stable and trouble free. The interface is easy to work with. The tech team is responsive.

We use this app on two of our stores and have been very satisfied with it. Customer service is responsive and very helpful if you have any issues with the app. We've tried several other pre-order apps in the past three years and this one is the one that best meets our needs at a pricepoint which is very accessible.

So far, we really like this app! It definitely looks a lot better to say "Pre-Order" vs "Out of Stock". They customized it to match our store theme. The tech support is super fast, friendly, and helpful!

Excellent support from Nicoz, app however is slow and fairly convoluted to use. Did the trick for short term needs.

This app has been a great addition to my online shop, as now I am able to offer pre-orders to my customers on items that have been sold out numerous times. In turn, this helps reduce possible missed sales from a customer seeing an "out of stock" tag on an item & them being unaware of a restock. I had a few issues when trying to get everything in order on my own, but Amandeep from customer support was able to get everything in order. Amandeep was extremely helpful & patient with me when I had no idea what I was really doing. They even went as far as saying they would fix things up for me & reach out when everything was set, just in case I had other things I need to do. Now I'm all set for a launch of pre-order products! Honestly, if you need a pre-order app with good customer service, then I recommend this one 100%.

The app works. My theme was causing a problem with mixed stores. But Amandeep helped me figure out the cause of the issue and brainstormed a work around to fix my store quickly while I work on the backend later to fix the underlying issues. Top notch service!

Does exactly what it promises to do -- takes pre-orders with differing deposit amounts through customers' credit cards. Simple to implement. Great customer/technical support.

BEWARE - I downloaded this and it immediately went live on the site downloading content onto pages without initial consent. I figured out how to fix it. But then when I added the pre-order stuff to a product it took down my whole site for an hour. I uninstalled it and deleted it and everything is back to normal. Missed a couple hundred in sales.
