This app fits my needs for pre-order items. The support is excellent as well! No complaints, I would recommend it to others.

I am looking for an pre-order app for my store and somebody suggested this app to me. It is easy to use and the support from Rasheem is wonderful! However there is no function to apply pre-order to all products or a group of products yet so with my store (more than 1000 products), I feel hard to click "enable pre-order" to each single product. Anyway, highly recommend if your store dont have too many products like mine.

I am using this app to sell more, and inform my customers of longer delivery. The support is awesome, made custom code for my site so it fits - really nice. Had some more custom code, and the support was there instant and helped me out. Would recommend Website On-Demand to anyone else thats want to sell more! :)

I used this app to continue to sell on preorder while I was out of stock and it worked perfectly. Support was also very quick to respond to questions.

I had some trouble getting it set up in the beginning so I reached out to their support team for help. Rasheem got back to me immediately and solved my issue. The button is now up and running perfectly on my site!

Great app for basic pre-orders. Lacking a little on functionality and on configuration details for the buttons and badges etc.. but serves the purpose for now.

Great app, even better support from the team. They are quick to work with any themes that don't work right out of the box to customize it so it's exactly what you need. I come back to this app every time I do a pre-order!

Their customer service was extremely slow and not understanding. Their app slowed our site speed covering everything in a white box until their app fully loaded.

Dommage que l’application ne soit pas disponible en français. je n’ai pas pu paramétrer le bouton de précommande moi même, il a fallu que je contacte le support. Cela dit, la personne qui m’a aidé à régler le problème m’a très bien accueilli et bien aidé. Je mets donc 5 étoiles car l’aide apportée vaut au moins ça mais mon expérience avec pre-order now débute à peine, j’espère que par la suite je n’aurai plus à contacter le support.

This app has been great for our store! Due to supply chain delays we have had to launch presales for our product collections, this app has made this super easy to use. Communication with the developers is fast! We really appreciate how this app makes it very clear to our customers that an item is on preorder, and when they can expect for it to ship.
