Not happy, at first the customer service was exceptional. All our problems were immediately addressed. It's 3 weeks that we keep on getting ignored or replied to with the same template reply "we will have our dev team look into the issue". Not acceptable!!!

I am temporarily adding a 1 star review until my issue is resolved. the Preorder button doesn't work on my block theme. I have given them access and they've un-installed it and reinstalled it and then billed me for the APP $39.99 even though I tried their 14 day trial. So far, I've lost complete trust in this APP. I've filed a formal complaint with Shopify as well as the app provider.

Customer Support is super fast and AWESOME! Nicoz had my issue remedied within a couple minutes of sending my request. Lots of flexibility in this app and works well for our needs.

Wow! I just started my free trail and Jorge helped me set up the configurations. I literally shared with him which items I would like to add for pre-sale and he effectively synced my store to the app. His responses were quick and he never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. This has to be the best experience I've had with a shopify app. I'm excited to see how much additional revenue the app generates my online store. this app does what it is designed to do well! Their customer service is really top notch too! I couldn't get my button to work properly and shot a message to them and it was fixed in a minute or so.

After some initial troubles with the installation ("pre-order" banner didnt show) Josh worked his Magic and now it works smothly. We will upgrade our plan after the 14 days trail and we are sure this app will help us be even more successful with shopify.

I used this app to support my pre-sale - I used their "preorder now" button and automated emails to let customers know their preorder was received (you do need to pay for that but it's $5 for 100 emails, which I think is very worth it). It was easy to use and was perfect for my needs. Their support was really responsive as well with any questions I had.

The app interferes with the website's code and negatively affected the website performance on mobile devices, as tested on pagespeed insights. The support was indifferent to the problem, didn't understand and didn't care to solve the issue.

Our app is being used by a lot of merchants and we have never heard about the app slowing down the website or impacting its performance. It would require digging deep into the theme and the apps that might be causing this performance issue which I'm afraid is something that isn't included within support given it's not a standard part of our app and service. We do offer 24-hr live chat support, Monday through Friday. Please reach out to us via the live chat feature in the app and we will reply to you within minutes to resolve any issues you might be facing. We also love to offer complimentary live screen-share calls to all our valued clients where we can help resolve the issues.
